What changed for Drukhari in 11th edition
11th edition leaned in the Drukhari's favour: across the sheets that were re-priced, more came down than went up, and nothing was added or taken away. If you played the dark kin in 10th, your collection plays exactly the same — the raiding force just got a little cheaper to muster on more sheets than not. On balance Commorragh came out of the transition ahead.
Summary
- 18 units repriced, 0 new, 17 unchanged
- Biggest drop: Death Jester (-20)
- Biggest rise: Reavers (+5)
- Detachment Points: 2 / 3 / 4 at Incursion / Strike Force / Onslaught
Detachments
The one genuinely new mechanic to learn is Detachment Points. Detachments are no longer free — each now carries a points cost that comes out of your army total and scales with game size: 2 at Incursion, 3 at Strike Force, 4 at Onslaught. That's a real budgeting decision layered on top of your unit choices, and it's the main thing to relearn coming from 10th. The Drukhari detachment sheet itself carries straight over from 10th edition, so beyond the new DP overhead there's nothing to relearn on the army-building side.
New in 11th: Kabalite Agonysts, Tools of Torment, Exhibition of Slaughter. None removed.

Points changes
The pattern is a modest net cut: of the units that moved, ten came down against six that rose, while the rest of the roster held steady. The savings spread across the raiding core — Scourges with Heavy Weapons dropped 20 (130 to 110) and the Haemonculus shed 10 — while the increases are small and land on fast jetbike and skimmer units. Several units are priced per squad size, so check the tier you actually field before you tally.

Frequently asked questions
Did the Drukhari get better in 11th edition?
On points, yes — more sheets came down than went up, so most raiding forces can field a little more for the same total than at the end of 10th. The cuts spread across the roster rather than concentrating on one build, and the handful of increases are minor. Whether that becomes more wins depends on the wider meta, but the dark kin came out of the transition cheaper.
What got cheaper for the Drukhari in 11th edition?
The raiding core leads the savings — Scourges with Heavy Weapons came down 20 and the Haemonculus dropped 10, with cuts spread across the roster. With ten sheets falling against only six rising, most of Commorragh either held its price or improved, whether you build around Kabalite firepower, Wych cults or Haemonculus covens.
How do Detachment Points work for the Drukhari in 11th edition?
Detachment Points are the new 11th-edition overhead: your chosen detachment costs points out of your army total, scaling with game size — 2 at Incursion, 3 at Strike Force, 4 at Onslaught. It's a flat cost you budget for before you start picking units, and it comes off the top of your list total.
Is now a good time to start a Drukhari army?
It's a good moment. The raiding core is a little cheaper, the range is stable, and the fast, glass-cannon playstyle is as distinctive as ever. If the dark kin have caught your eye, see the Starting a Drukhari Army guide for a sensible buying order.
