Reconnaissance vs Purge the Foe

An army with the Reconnaissance Force Disposition facing one with Purge the Foe is dealt Triangulation as its primary mission.

The opposing army is not playing the same mission: it is dealt Consecrate. Reading only your own card is how a game gets lost from in front.

Reconnaissance against Purge-the-Foe. The Triangulate action (Shooting phase from the second battle round onwards; a friendly unit within range of a non-home objective; once per turn; completes at end of turn if the unit controls that objective) triangulates the objective and places one of your operation markers within range. From the second battle round, non-home control pays at the end of your Command phase, and end of turn pays a tier on how many objectives are triangulated (one, two, OR three or more - only the highest tier scores). End of battle pays a large bonus for holding four or more objectives.

Primary scoring is capped at 15 victory points in a battle round and 45 across the game.
